1. Using Our Website

By using this website, booking a service or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. Please use the site only for its intended purpose — learning about our services and requesting work for a property you own or are authorized to manage — and give us accurate information so we can help you.

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by submitting false bookings, uploading anything other than photos related to your request, or trying to interfere with how the site works.

2. Online Estimates

Our online estimator calculates a price from the door size, style and features you select, using our current prices, any valid discounts and applicable sales tax.

An online estimate is not a final price. Once our technician inspects your garage in person, the price may change if they find different measurements or conditions than what was entered — for example, unusual framing, extra structural work or code requirements. We will always explain any difference and get your approval before starting work.

Estimates are based on the prices in effect on the day they are created. Prices, products and availability can change, so we will confirm everything with you in a written quote before your order is placed.

3. Bookings & Appointments

When you book a repair or inspection online, you choose an arrival window. Your booking is a request until we confirm it with you by phone, text or email. We do our best to arrive within the window you picked; if we are running late because of traffic, weather or an earlier job running long, we will let you know.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or text us at (206) 880-5348 as early as you can so we can offer the time to another neighbor.

Please make sure someone 18 or older is present for the appointment, or tell us in advance how we can access the garage, and let us know about pets, parking or anything else we should know.

4. Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Repair work is quoted on-site, and you approve the price before we begin. For new doors and other special-order products, we may require a deposit before ordering; the amount and payment terms will be shown on your written quote.

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We do not collect payment information through this website.

5. Special Offers & Coupons

Special offers and coupon codes are valid only during the dates shown and for the services described in the offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers have no cash value and a coupon code can only be applied once per job.

We may change or end an offer at any time, but if you booked or received a written quote while an offer was active, we will honor it for that job.

6. Warranties

New doors, openers and parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, according to the manufacturer’s terms. Any warranty we provide on our own labor will be stated in writing on your quote or invoice. Warranties don’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, vehicle impact, severe weather or repairs made by someone else.

7. Photos You Upload

Photos you upload are used to understand your door and prepare for your job. You keep ownership of your photos. We will never post them on our website, social media or anywhere else without asking your permission first.

8. Safety Notice

Garage door springs and cables are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. The troubleshooting tips and articles on our website are general information only — they are not a substitute for a professional inspection. Never try to adjust, remove or replace springs or cables yourself. If your door is broken or unsafe, keep clear of it and call us.

9. Website Content

The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Hannibal Garage Door or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is,” and we may update it at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hannibal Garage Door is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Washington State consumer protection law, or our responsibility for the quality of the work we perform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If a disagreement ever comes up, please call us first — as a local family business, we would much rather work it out with you directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, is the one that applies. Changes won’t affect a quote or booking you already have with us.
