Which cities do you serve?
We're a local garage door company serving Auburn, Covington, Kent, Maple Valley and Federal Way and nearby South King County communities. When you book online, enter your ZIP code first and we'll confirm right away whether you're in our service area.
How do I book a garage door repair?
Book online in a few minutes: pick the problem, enter your ZIP code, choose an available two-hour arrival window and add your contact details. You can upload photos so the technician knows what to expect. Prefer to talk? Call (206) 880-5348 — we're available 7 days a week, 8am–9pm.
Can I get a price for a new garage door online?
Yes. Our online estimator walks you through door size, style, model, insulation, windows, color and opener, then shows an itemized installed price — including tax — before you book anything. If you'd rather have us measure and recommend a door in person, you can book a free on-site inspection instead.
Is it safe to replace a broken garage door spring myself?
We don't recommend it. Garage door springs hold enough tension to lift a door that can weigh a few hundred pounds, and releasing that tension without the right tools and training causes serious injuries every year. If a spring breaks, stop using the door, keep people and cars clear of it, and have a technician replace it.
Should I repair or replace my garage door?
If a single part has failed — a spring, a cable, a roller or the opener — a repair is usually the right call. Replacement starts to make sense when several panels are damaged, the door is old and uninsulated, or the same problems keep coming back. We'll tell you honestly which option fits your door and budget.
Will I know the price before the work starts?
Always. New-door pricing is shown up front in our online estimator, and repairs are quoted on-site and approved by you before any work begins.
